Using your finger tips to apply the moisturizer will conserve product use! If you use the palms of your hands, they can absorb the moisturizer into the skin of your hands instead of making it onto your face. Use small circular motions, working your way from the center of your face outward and upward.

Make sure when you moisturize to get your ears and the back of your neck! They are part of your face, too.

Don't overdo it! A small amount is all you need. All Anthony products are highly concentrated. An amount slightly larger than a pea is all you need!

Aloe Vera Leaf Juice
Natural Ingredient. Moisturizes, soothes, helps promote healing and calms. Refreshes, softens and soothes. In high concentrations in a cream or lotion, aloe extract can have healing properties and is also a mild humectant. Called the "medicinal plant" for its wound-healing properties. Helps restore the natural pH level to skin. Research suggests that Aloe Vera is very popular with men.
Chamomile (Anthemis Nobilis Flower Extract)
Herbal Ingredient. Soothes and calms, a natural astringent that smoothes and refreshes. The oils have been found to exhibit antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Also, useful as a face lotion for soothing oily skin.
Glycerin
Natural humectant, holds and retains moisture on the skin, helps bind moisture to the skin. Great for chapped skin. A clear liquid that is the model of a great humectant: Glycerin is able to pull water form the air and hold it on the skin. It helps keep moisture in creams and other products, even if the consumer leaves the cap off the container! Also helps the products to spread evenly.
Grapefruit Oil (Citrus Grandis)
Essential Oil. Soothing, reviving. Natural astringent.
Lemongrass (Cymbopogon Schoenanthus) Extract
Essential oil. Natural astringent and toner. It is the extract from the leaves of lemon grasses and has a strong odor of verbena. It is reported to normalize oil production. Strong, sweet and lemony. It gives good tone to the skin.
Mandarin (Citrus Nobilis)
Essential Oil. Lessens stretch marks and scarring. Good skin toner.

 When should I use this?
The best time to use a moisturizer is on dry clean skin after washing your face and using an astringent or toner. We suggest AM & PM.
Does this help with Anti-Aging?
Yes! This moisturizer has natural AHA's, such as lemon and orange, which help with reducing the appearance of fine lines and age spots. For some more anti-aging protection, you could try any of our Solution-Based Anti-Aging products. The Vitamin C Serum and Vitamin A Treatment work as a combo to "knock-out" the signs of aging!
My skin is oily - I don't need a moisturizer, do I?
This is a very common question. Even if you are oily, everyone can benefit from using a moisturizer! One of the main benefits someone with oily skin can receive from a moisturizer is that, because the skin is hydrated with a high-quality moisturizer with lots of good stuff like vitamins A, C & E, it helps to slow the natural production of your skins own oil. Oil production can be a reaction from the skin being dried out by an aggressive cleanser or some products that contain high levels of drying detergents and/or alcohol.
Does this have any SPF in it?
This is our SPF-free formula. If you are looking for protection from the sun, try our Oil Free Facial Lotion SPF 15. It has all the great stuff found in the Oil Free Facial Lotion plus an added SPF to protect you from the sun!
