The Deep Pore Cleansing Clay can be used a couple of times per week for a deep clean and to help get rid of stubborn break outs and excess oil.
-
You should wait a couple of hours after shaving before using the Deep Pore Cleansing Clay. We suggest that you use this product in the evening before you go to bed.
-
Don't forget to use a moisturizer after you clean with the clay. We suggest the Oil Free Facial Moisturizer or the All Purpose Facial Moisturizer for extra hydration. If you use the clay at night, try our Vitamin C and Vitamin A Treatment for that one-two anti-aging punch!

Don't forget to cleanse your face before you use the Deep Pore Cleansing Clay. It helps to get rid of the surface impurities so the clay can get deep and remove the impurities within the skin.
Product Q&A
This product tingles when I use it. Is this normal?
Yes. This product is an active treatment and provides a great deep clean. This may cause a slight tingling which is completely normal. Wait sometime after shaving in order to minimize irritating the skin due to shaving exfoliation of the skin. We recommend you don't shave and use this product on the same day.
Do I use this on my whole face?
You can either use this on your whole face if you have really oily skin, or you can solely use it on your "T-Zone" - the area of main oil glands that consist of your forehead and nose. Just do what best suits your individual needs.
How should I put this on?
First, you should cleanse your face with a cleanser that fits your skin type. If you are oily to begin with, the Glycolic Facial Cleanser would be a good choice. Smooth the clay on all over, avoiding eye area. Leave on for 5-10 minutes, rinse with warm water. You should use this 1-2 times per week.
Is this just for the face?
You can use this on any area where clogged pores can happen. It is great if used on your shoulders if you battle back acne or the occasional breakout on your back and shoulders!
