Credit Card Security

Ordering from Anthony For Men online is safe and secure. All transactions will be on a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure server. Your credit card information is never reused except to issue refunds. For your own safety, please do not ever use e-mail to send us your credit card information! Use the secure ordering process instead.

Ordering

Ordering from Anthony For Men is simple and convenient. Take your time browsing through the site's many offerings. After selecting your product, click on "ADD TO CART" to place the product in your Shopping Cart. Repeat this step for all the products you wish to purchase. When you're finished, simply click on "CHECKOUT." At this point, you'll be able to increase or decrease the quantity of each item selected or remove any unwanted items. Once everything is correct, either login using your user name and password or register with us so we may process your orders easier. Follow the prompts as to the shipping and billing options you prefer, enter your credit card info and submit your order. Please note that your credit card may not show the charge until your order has shipped.

Shipping & Handling

All orders will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours (business days only) of your order being approved. If an order requires a communication or confirmation from a customer, order processing resumes after the communication is received (whether by e-mail or phone). Anthony For Men regrets that it cannot ship to P.O. boxes. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed within 24 to 72 hours of the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Priority Orders (next day, 2nd and 3rd day orders) will be shipped the same day if processed and finalized by 2pm, Eastern Standard Time.

When you place an order with Anthony For Men, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. You may also call 1-866-Anthony (1-866-268-4669) toll free and speak to a customer care representative to check the status of your order.

Sales Tax

Anthony For Men collects the appropriate sales tax for each county in the state of New York on all orders shipped.

Backorders & Out Of Stock

If you order a product that is currently sold out, you will receive an e-mail to inform you. We will advise you of the possible in stock date and request a confirmation for a back-order, exchange, or cancel instructions.

Return Policy & Guarantee

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.anthony.com, simply return the product(s) and order number to us within 15 days of purchase and we will credit your account for the full amount of the purchase less shipping. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable. We apologize, but returns or exchanges for purchases made at a retail outlet other than www.anthony.com must be returned at that point of purchase.

We recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post to insure a quick and trackable delivery.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, retain the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-866-Anthony (1-866-268-4669). The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

Returns or exchanges for purchases made in a department store, partnered retail store, spa or any other website may not be returned to www.anthony.com. If the item you wish to return was not purchased through www.anthony.com please return it to the place of purchase for resolution.
